1. Brief & feasibility

   Target price tier, packaging route, texture and market requirements are agreed before formulation starts.

2. Formulation & shade matching

   Bench samples are developed and colour-matched against your reference; viscosity and stability are checked.

3. Sampling & approval

   Physical samples ship for approval. Packaging and artwork are confirmed in the same round.

4. Bulk filling

   Approved formula and components move to filling, with batch records retained for traceability.

5. Quality control

   Microbiological and physical checks are run per batch before dispatch.

6. Documentation & dispatch

   Compliance dossiers, MSDS and shipping documents are prepared for your destination market.
